Val Golan incorporated GoLAN Consulting at the beginning of 2003. Positioned from the start as a consulting firm, GoLAN Consulting's first HR assignment was to locate and recruit the US CEO of a security software company with about 80 employees on behalf of its Israeli investors. Many successful placements and projects have followed, establishing GoLAN Consulting as the HR partner of choice for Israeli companies operating in the US - or US firms with ties to Israel. The Company has a proven know-how in high-tech, bio-tech and in the financial sector.
