Dr. Val Golan has created and is running TopCore, the very successful Israeli CxO forum for the NY/NJ area. What started in 2003 as a small group of 20 CxOs (CEOs, COOs, CFOs, ...) now comprises over 100 members and has become a model to many networking groups.

TopCore serves as a brainstorming platform, a support group, an advisory panel, a fraternity, and most of all – a homogeneous forum of high-level professionals with the same language, concerns and areas of interest.
