Qualifications / Abilities:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, or equivalent work in an IT related field.
• Required: Hands on work experience with Microsoft solutions
• Required: Microsoft certification – MCSE / MCITP / MCM preferred (CCNA, CCNP a plus)
• Must be familiar with assisting end-users issues and work to resolution
• Strong general LAN / WAN / SAN troubleshooting skills
• Certification in one or more of the following technologies: Citrix, VMware, Equallogic, Unix/Linux
• Ability to develop complete end-to-end network design (LAN / WAN / SAN)
• Three + years related experience with Microsoft products

Job Responsibilities:

• Take ownership on multiple IT infrastructure implementation projects.
• Manage clients (be the main point of contact during the implementation phase).
• Sync the resources, manage materials and time.
• Conduct weekly & daily project-review meetings.
• Document and distribute the relevant information. (XLS, Doc, Visio).
• Be proactive to insure delivery and client satisfaction.
• Work closely with the: engineers, client-care rep and SE to ensure quality and timely delivery of projects and services.
• Responsible for the communication between the different internal groups related to the project (Consultants, Developers, Client-care and Engineering).
• Provide documentations to clients as needed

Skill Requirements:

• 2-3 years experience in IT infrastructure systems implementation requirements including: hardware, operating system, software and network topologies used in the mid-size markets.
• A minimum of 2 years of Project Management including best practices and life cycle
• Data communications background (LAN/WAN)- a must. .
• Strong communications, organizational and problem solving skills.
• Highly motivated and be able to work in a fast-paced environment independently.
• Proven ability to work in a team environment.
• Customer focused, experienced in dealing with multiple verticals.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform system installation, calibration, and training for customers as well as setting up a PC and network at customer's site.  
• Provide field sales and applications support in pre-sale tasks
• Bring new field inputs on applications and customers needs, for R&D.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience using workstation and PC hardware/software, with strong systems knowledge and structured programming skills are an advantage.
• Knowledge of basic microscopy and hospital imaging laboratories (experience with clinical / research cytogenetics / Pathology preferred)
• Knowledge in the fields of Genetics/Biology/Pathology/Medicine.
• Good  communications skills, both written and oral
• Excellent technical skills and a customer service orientation
• Should have the ability to cope with multiple projects with multiple priorities
• Must be capable of creative problem solving.
• Should be capable of building relationships within and outside of ASI.
• Should be capable of working both individually and in teams.
• Willing to travel up to 75% of the time.
