IJB - Options and Cost
* Post with us – Including access to the "Management Portal" (per position): $400 * Post with us & get 5 qualified résumés – We will manage the "Portal" and send you only the 5 top résumés: $900 * Post with us & get 10 qualified résumés – We will manage the "Portal" and send you only the 10 top résumés: $1,300 * Advanced Package – We will conduct phone interviews & provide report & recommendations (per candidate): $125 * IJB Plus 1 – We will interview (face to face) the candidate & provide report & recommendations (per candidate): $250 * IJB Plus 2 – We will do the reference-check and provide you the report (per check): $50 * IJB Plus 3 – We will do the background-check and provide you the report (per check): $75
As such, for one position, if we provide the following services: Post, Manage the Portal,
Select the top 5 resumes, Interview 3 candidates over the phone,
Interview 2 candidates face to face, Do 2 Reference-Checks & Run 1
background-check, your cost will be: $1950 only.
There are discounts applicable for multiple positions: first position $1950, second position $1775,
third position $1600.
If you choose to manage the IJB Portal yourself, your cost will
be $1450 only. In this options, we will Post, Create your Portal,
Interview 3 candidates over the phone, Interview 2 candidates face
to face, Do 2 Reference-Checks & Run 1 background-check.
There are discounts applicable for multiple positions:
first position $1450, second position $1300, third position $1170.
