SurfRay is a rapidly-growing software vendor developing and selling search solutions to enterprises in over thirty countries around the world, with offices in the USA, UK, Holland, Denmark and Sweden.
For our North American operation, we are looking for a channel director to build and lead our sales and channel organization. The candidate will work from his /her home office during the first six months, after which we will open an office in a convenient location as the team growths. Up to 30% travel within the US and Canada should be expected. The position will have quota responsibility for North America as well as a personal quota and objectives.

Skills and qualifications:

  • Experience with selling B2B software solutions directly and indirectly.
  • Experience in building revenue growth through a reseller and systems integrator partner network.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft’s product portfolio for enterprises (specifically SharePoint) – a great advantage.
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Partner Network - preferred.
  • Highly result-driven leader and a playing coach.
  • Passion for entrepreneurship.
  • Proven results with management of a sales team while driving revenue through own sales efforts.
  • Ability to coach sales professionals to succeed.
  • Both hands-on and executive presence when needed.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Bachelor degree in a relevant discipline.
  • A minimum of five years of business experience in the field.
  • Key note speaker experience and excellent presentation skills.
